The display stands are printed and assembled on rigid 3mm Sintra PVC board. Each piece has a mitered edge, cut to a 45 degree angle so that the assembled piece is flush for a seamless installation. Without that edge cut, a white line would be visible at the edge of each joined piece.
Hanging on the wall behind the Sintra stands are foam boards. Each of them have, multi-colored graphics printed on them. This material is softer and lighter than Sintra and can be easily placed on the wall for a clean, professional look.
Additionally, magnetized Poly 8 material is printed on and placed on a metal stand. This allows easy removal of the printed piece and reuse of the stand. See the flat displays with the printed images of the kids on the stands.
All three materials are color matched for consistent color appearance.
